Swarm mode has been available for a while, and players have finally experienced the long-awaited PvE version of the game. With the launch of Swarm, we got to see what the developers’ take on Vampire Survivors looks like in League of Legends, and it has been a hit among players.

The mode features hordes of enemies and rogue-like upgrades that gradually make you stronger as you progress through each match. There is a lot to love about what Riot has introduced. The mode includes 4 different maps, each with unique bosses, a variety of champions to try out, and an upgrade system that makes the grind worthwhile.

These upgrades are essential if you want to tackle the more difficult levels. However, a newly discovered hidden feature might make things a bit easier, especially if you find yourself cornered by the Swarm.

YouTuber Vandiril discovered that the Swarm user interface (UI) still includes a recall button, and it is actually visible to the player. The recall feature allows you to channel for a short time before teleporting back to your starting point. In Swarm mode, this teleportation seems to bring you near the center of the Arena.

It appears that while Swarm’s UI has been modified to fit the new mode, it still contains elements from the original game’s UI, which is why the recall button is still present.

This feature is quite handy as it allows you to move quickly across the map. Additionally, if you find yourself trapped in a corner with no way out, recalling can be a great option to escape a difficult situation.

However, it is important to note that, just like in the regular League of Legends game, taking damage while recalling will interrupt the process. Therefore, make sure you either have an ally to assist you to keep enemies at bay while you recall.

League of Legends: Weird bug that turns Melee champions into Ranged carry https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-bug-melee-champions-ranged-carry/ https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-bug-melee-champions-ranged-carry/#respond Sun, 21 Jul 2024 14:26:59 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=76474 In League of Legends patch 14.14, a peculiar bug emerged, causing champions with jump abilities and attack buffs to appear as if they had extended attack range when striking towers.

League of Legends is no stranger to bugs, both big and small, and these glitches tend to surface especially with the release of new updates or champions. Recently, following the 14.14 update, the community discovered an amusing yet problematic bug.

For reasons not entirely understood, champions utilizing abilities like Ekko, Illao, and certain aspects of Rengar while targeting enemy structures such as Inhibitors or the Nexus, fail to execute their leap. Instead, these champions appear to attack from an extended range, resembling ranged champions.

This bug was thoroughly investigated and confirmed by Vandiril, a prominent content creator known for testing and showcasing it. He conducted an experiment with Ivern and Rengar, revealing that Rengar, even without using his ultimate, could attack the Nexus from within a brush, bypassing the usual melee range restrictions.

The extent of this bug’s impact is still uncertain. It’s unclear whether it affects only Ekko, Illaoi, and Rengar or if it applies to all champions with jump abilities and attack buffs. Nevertheless, this glitch provides significant advantages to these melee champions during late-game fights, allowing them to safely attack structures from a distance, much like ranged champions.

However, exploiting this bug requires the enemy to be pushed back to their Nexus turrets, limiting its impact in the early to mid-game stages. Thus, while it presents a notable advantage in certain situations, it doesn’t offer an overwhelming benefit for consistent rank climbing. Despite this, it is significant enough that Riot Games will need to address it promptly to maintain game balance and fairness.

In summary, this bug, although humorous at first glance, creates an unfair advantage for specific champions when attacking key enemy structures. Riot Games will likely prioritize a fix to ensure the gameplay consistency.

Riot Games ‘accidentally’ makes Aatrox worse by buffing him https://notagamer.net/riot-games-makes-aatrox-worse-by-buffing-him/ https://notagamer.net/riot-games-makes-aatrox-worse-by-buffing-him/#respond Sat, 20 Jan 2024 03:07:14 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=69312 The recent buffs to Aatrox in League of Legends, aimed at enhancing the top laner’s performance, have unintentionally led to a critical issue involving his most vital ability, The Darkin Blade.

Riot Games, in its ongoing efforts to maintain a dynamic and engaging gaming environment, frequently introduces patches that can significantly impact the meta and gameplay.

Despite the constant evolution of the game, certain champions can sometimes be overlooked or experience bugs, especially if they aren’t among the player community’s most favored choices.

A notable exception to this is Aatrox, a champion enjoying substantial popularity. However, the recent buff intended to improve Aatrox’s passive, Deathbringer Stance, has inadvertently given rise to a troubling bug.

As demonstrated by League of Legends content creator Vandiril, the change to Aatrox’s passive on the PBE prevents its cancellation, providing a quality-of-life improvement to the ability.

Regrettably, this seemingly positive adjustment has introduced a more significant problem. When Aatrox uses his Q ability immediately following his passive, the Q fails to deal damage on any enemies.

This bug significantly impacts Aatrox’s gameplay, especially considering that his Q is a fundamental source of damage, and it disrupts the fluidity of his combos. Players are now forced to wait for the complete animation of his passive before launching the next attack, resulting in a slower and less effective combat experience.

As of now, this bug is limited to the PBE, suggesting that Riot Games may address and rectify the issue before the changes hit the live servers.

LoL Preseason 2024 items make Trundle 1-button 1 kill https://notagamer.net/lol-preseason-2024-items-trundle-1-button-1-kill/ https://notagamer.net/lol-preseason-2024-items-trundle-1-button-1-kill/#respond Sun, 03 Dec 2023 16:20:26 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=67602 League of Legends players are eagerly anticipating Season 2024, which promises a slew of changes to the game. Among the major changes are modifications to numerous items, the introduction of a new jungle camp, dragon adjustments, and significant alterations to the map.

One of the most impactful modifications pertains to items, with the complete removal of the mythic tier. This entails an overhaul of existing mythic items, either through transformation or elimination. This departure from the mythic system opens up possibilities for players to experiment with diverse builds, unencumbered by the constraints of a singular one.

New Preseason item makes Trundle one button one kill the opponents

The introduction of several new items, particularly catering to spellcasters utilizing AP, has fueled the player base. The inclusion of additional legendary ones has notably expanded the landscape of potential builds, fostering increased diversity in strategic choices.

In this ever-evolving landscape, an unexpected revelation has surfaced in the form of an unconventional AP Trundle build.

According to a Vandiril Youtube video, with the aid of the new AP items, Trundle can leverage his ultimate ability to swiftly one kill opponents with just a single button press. Trundle’s ultimate, a point-and-click ability that steals stats from the enemy, scales dynamically with AP.

The newfound synergy between Trundle’s ultimate and the effects of the AP items enables him to unleash a devastating burst of damage, swiftly reducing squishy targets to zero health without the need for additional engagements. This innovative strategy allows players to execute the ultimate, retreat strategically, and still secure the kill.

As the game progresses towards Season 2024, where change is the only constant, it is anticipated that more champions will uncover unorthodox and creative builds.

The dual scaling nature of many champions, incorporating both AD and AP, only adds to the intrigue, foreshadowing the emergence of further inventive strategies in the evolving meta.

New LoL updates made Yuumi players lose LP just by playing the game https://notagamer.net/lol-updates-yuumi-players-lose-lp/ https://notagamer.net/lol-updates-yuumi-players-lose-lp/#respond Tue, 05 Sep 2023 14:28:55 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=64629 Seems like a new feature for Yuumi

New LoL updates made Yuumi players lose LP just by playing the game 9

A recent update in the game League of Legends has stirred up some controversy among its player base. Surprisingly, it’s not due to the seemingly overpowered buff given to Tryndamere or anything else. Instead, it’s related to changes made to the game’s AFK system.

The AFK detection system in League of Legends is designed to help players deal with situations where someone leaves or goes inactive during a match. However, the latest update to this system appears to have caused a significant problem for Yuumi players.

Yuumi players get AFK penalty for no reason

Famous League of Legends content creator Vandiril highlighted this issue with the updated AFK system. Initially, the system appeared to work as intended, correctly identifying players who were AFK at the beginning or during a match.

However, it seems that Riot Games overlooked a particular support champion when implementing these changes – Yuumi, a champion known for her passive playstyle because of her attached kit.

Yuumi players have been negatively affected by the recent changes because, for some reason, simply being their champion is not recognized as actively playing the game. This is a serious issue given Yuumi’s core gameplay involves attaching herself to an ally champion.

yuumi

Now, if Yuumi players attach themselves to an allied champion at the start of a match, the game will register them as AFK and initiate a countdown. Once the timer runs out, the player is officially considered AFK, and their team is given the option to initiate a remake. If the remake vote is successful, that player can potentially lose LP for one of the most ridiculous reasons.

Riot Games has not yet announced a solution to this issue, so players are advised to frequently switch between being attached to their allies and not to avoid encountering this problem again.

LoL new Team Builder feature discovered in unreleased PBE lobby https://notagamer.net/lol-new-team-builder-feature/ https://notagamer.net/lol-new-team-builder-feature/#respond Wed, 23 Aug 2023 02:05:51 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=64143 Using Riot’s API, a new League of Legends team builder feature has been spotted on the PBE in unpublished lobbies.

League of Legends is well renowned for its Summoner’s Rift draught game mode. Summoner’s Rift has always played the same roles during its stay as a permanent mode. Riot has recently included these roles and allows players to choose which one they want to play in the lobby.

It appears that the devs are going this a step further, as a new team builder feature revealed on the PBE allows players to pick roles and even champions before entering the champion select screen.

New team builder feature in League of Legends

Vandiril, a well-known League of Legends content creator, was poking around on the PBE after discovering unreleased lobbies utilising secret game codes.

The content creator discovered various game modes that were not available through the client but could still be accessed.

These game modes included 1v1 ARURF, 28-man Teamfight Tactics, and a new draft pick. The new draught pick version has a new method that may eliminate the need for champion choose entirely, as players may choose their role, champion, and runes in the lobby itself.

In the lobby, players can choose up to two different champions and roles, as well as their skins and runes from the preferred champions menu. Once a match is discovered, players ignore the champion selection page and proceed directly into the match, utilising the preferences stated before.

The function itself appears to be a bit problematic, since everyone who did load in ended up lacking Summoner Spells, but it does show that Riot may be working on this brand-new team builder feature for players to enjoy.

League of Legends: Naafiri can now hunt other champions’ pets? https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-naafiri-hunt-other-champions-pets/ https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-naafiri-hunt-other-champions-pets/#respond Sun, 13 Aug 2023 17:12:35 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=63781 Naafiri’s whole kit is built around her propensity for hunting and ability to find almost anything. However, League of Legends now has a significant bug that raises her to a whole new level.

Naafiri bug allows her to charge into untargeted objects

On August 10, famous League content creator and bug finder Vandiril made the discovery that Naafiri can use her W ability, Hounds’ Pursuit, to charge into generally untargetable objects, particularly other champions’ summoned objects.

This includes the banner of Jarvan IV, the Void Coral that Bel’Veth transforms into, and even the TFT pets we see in the clip.

Naafiri shouldn’t be able to charge into these objects at all in normal circumstances because other players cannot target them. And even the TFT pets. Pets aren’t there for anything other than to make us happy and fight with us.

League of Legends: Naafiri can now hunt other champions' pets? 12
League of Legends: Naafiri can now hunt other champions' pets? 13

Naturally, this can generally create an unfair edge over you because, especially if you’re are being chase down by Naafiri, she can utilise this to gap-close and then kill you in one swift cycle.

Vandril has only provided us with three instances of this; it is still unclear whether there is a complete list of objects that this darkin assassin may charge into. Zyra’s pre-bloomed plants, Thresh’s lantern, and perhaps even Lulu’s Pixie are further examples of this.

Naafiri had just been released to League of Legends in less than a month ago, so she is till considered a newly champion in the game, thus, bug can occur is not a big surprise.

Although Riot Games hasn’t addressed this bug, based of how rapidly the developers have responded to Vandril’s videos, we anticipate that it will be removed in Patch 13.16.

League of Legends: Kalista reviving Sion is finally rediscovered https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-kalista-reviving-sion/ https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-kalista-reviving-sion/#respond Sat, 15 Jul 2023 16:42:47 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=62869 Rito, what is this?

Bugs in League of Legends can occasionally go overlooked or got ignored, especially if there are more important issues at hand. One such bug raised its influence throughout the community once more as a few players rediscovered that Kalista could revive Sion.

In a clip that was posted on Reddit earlier today, the Kalista player is joined by a support Sion who is eliminated by the opposing team. Soon after, Sion’s passive ability, Glory in Death, kicked in, forcing him to reanimate and giving the support player a brief time to advance and attack.

Kalista revive Sion bug

However, Kalista used her ultimate power Fate’s Call just as Sion’s passive health ran out to bring him back and be ready to toss him out and knock someone else down. However, when Sion emerged from her ult, he was no longer in zombie form and had a full health bar instead.

League of Legends: Kalista reviving Sion is finally rediscovered 14

The Sion player was saved from dying completely by Kalista’s timing with her ultimate ability, which also allowed her to resurrect him into the same lane. He might dive into an opposing team, die and then immediately return because of the buggy interaction, which has severe consequences.

League of Legends: Kalista reviving Sion is finally rediscovered 15
Image via Riot Games

This is not the first time that the League community has been aware of this flaw. In a video recorded four years ago, well-known content creator Vandiril showed how the same champion might save Sion from dying via the identical Fate’s Call interaction.

Along with the fact that Kalista hardly ever teams up with Sion as her support in today’s game, it’s possible that the same bug is reappearing after years of fixes have forgotten about it.

Additionally, testing out this combo in League may be intriguing. With the ADC ultimate ability, Sion may purposefully attack the other team, die, and then instantly resurrect with a second life to aid his team.

Riot hasn’t spokes anything towards this situation, but hopefully, they will soon.

With Neeko’s New Passive, Players are transforming into ‘weird’ objects https://notagamer.net/neekos-passive-players-transforming-weird-objects/ https://notagamer.net/neekos-passive-players-transforming-weird-objects/#respond Tue, 16 May 2023 13:02:26 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=60958 Players in League of Legends have uncovered an amusing interaction between Neeko’s new passive and Jarvan IV’s Demacian Standard

Since its releases, Riot’s popular MOBA League of Legends has witnessed a flood of new material and champions. The 40-champion roster has gradually multiplied in size, reaching a respectable 163 at the time of this article.

As a result, many of the older and less popular characters lose favour with the player population, therefore Riot has gradually tuned and reworked them to be more in accordance with League’s present condition.

With Neeko's New Passive, Players are transforming into 'weird' objects 16

One such champion was Neeko. Neeko’s biggest characteristic as a Chameleon was her ability to shift into any allied champion, allowing for some sneaky and imaginative community plays.

With Neeko's New Passive, Players are transforming into 'weird' objects 17

Fortunately, Riot’s redesign gives her the ability to turn into practically any friendly or neutral creature. However, the most potent of all transformations has yet to be discovered… The flag ability of Jarvan IV.

Famous Youtuber and content creator Vandiril revealed that Neeko’s passive may be utilised on the Demacian Standard of an ally Jarvan IV. This ability is a flag that may be summoned down to provide adjacent teammates a boost in attack speed. The flag, on the other hand, has no ability to move, attack, or even interact with most champions.

LoL: Neeko terá passiva para se transformar em praticamente qualquer ...

With the Neeko change, all of this change. As Jarvan IV’s banner, Neeko can do something unprecedented in League of Legends. She may move as the flag, allowing it to float around Summoner’s Rift. Unfortunately, Neeko cannot attack as the flag because doing so appears to force her back into her natural shape.

With Neeko's New Passive, Players are transforming into 'weird' objects 18

In addition, when Neeko returns to her normal self, the flag’s wavey banner appears to follow her. As a result, the model has a weird appearance, with a blue and yellow particle effect following her around everywhere she goes.

It’s unclear whether this strange interaction is meant as a feature or not, but it looks that players in League of Legends are having fun pretending as Jarvan’s flag.

New League of Legends Bug has turned the game into a nuclear warhead simulator https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-bug-nuclear-warhead-simulator/ https://notagamer.net/league-of-legends-bug-nuclear-warhead-simulator/#respond Sun, 23 Apr 2023 04:50:24 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=60353 Many League of Legends Bugs have been discovered lately, but this has taken the flaws of the game to a whole next level

A number of game-breaking bugs and exploits have been uncovered all at once in League of Legends, rendering the game nearly unplayable if someone on the other side takes advantage of things like a terrible active item glitch with no cooldown and a gold-generating exploit.

Recent updates, however, have brought many game-breaking bugs to light all at once, resulting in some incredible videos from solo queues at different levels of play. These include an active item abuse, which grants players limitless Redemption uses, culminating in a global shower of nuclear.

Bugs are taking over League of Legends

League of Legends has seen many game-breaking bugs during its lengthy existence, especially considering how many new items, features, and systems have been added to the game.

Players have identified many separate flaws all at once, resulting in a high MMR solo queue being attacked by players abusing the game with flaws that are very difficult to win against.

There is a bug that allows active items to be used with no cooldown limitation without even having the item in your inventory, resulting in things like Redemption being used widely to take over the whole battlefield. This is also linked to an issue identified with Delivery Biscuits being sold in connection to active items, but this has taken the bug to a whole new level.

New League of Legends Bug has turned the game into a nuclear warhead simulator 19

According to the video uploaded by Vandiril, the enemy players can be seen spamming redemption like it’s nothing with literately no cooldown, resulting in a battlefield having a nuclear raining above it.

Players are outraged by the present condition of the game, which has so many flaws that are actually destroying the integrity of rank matches. League of Legends is unravelling at the seams, and none of the flaws have been addressed thus far.
