However, amid changes to the streaming service’s animation side, worries regarding Season 2 have been raised. Riot has confirmed, however, that Arcane Season 2 will still be launched.

Netflix’s first-quarter earnings in 2022 astounded investors and the general public. The streaming behemoth, which had expected a 2.5 million increase in members in the first three months of 2022, instead lost 200,000 owing to the suspension of its service in Russia.

The single worst day in Netflix stock market history occurred on April 20, when its share value plunged from over $350 USD to $226.19 USD at closure – its lowest since January 2018. According to reports, Netflix’s market capitalization fell by $54 billion.

Big decisions were taken in the aftermath of the announcement. The platform’s animation offering was quickly reduced, with a number of important roles eliminated and prospective projects canceled.

A poor Q1 led to Netflix end up cutting its animation series

According to The Wrap, this includes the departure of Phil Rynda, Director of Creative Leadership and Development for Original Animation, and his crew. Projects such as Bone and an adaptation of Roald Dahl’s The Twist were also canceled.

For League of Legends fans, this placed Arcane in jeopardy. The famed League of Legends TV program, based on sisters Jinx (Powder) and Vi, swept over the platform and ruled the rankings in 2021.

This year, it also swept the animation honors in Hollywood, taking home nine Annies, a near-record total in its 50-year history. It’s even in line for an Emmy nomination in 2022.

The news of Netflix’s animation layoffs worried fans, who were wondering if Arcane Season 2, which is now in development, would be impacted.

Riot has verified with Dexerto, however, that Arcane is protected from the Netflix animation cutbacks owing to the structure of their agreement with the streaming site.

According to a spokeswoman, “Riot completely produces the series” while just handling the distribution contract with Netflix. Arcane Season 2 is still in the works, thanks to the collaboration of French company Fortiche, albeit no release date has been set.

Riot did not respond when asked if they would consider a new distribution contract in light of the recent Netflix departures.

It’s no wonder that Arcane is gaining more attention—the nine-episode League series dominated mainstream culture following its first broadcast. Throughout its three-week run, it remained at the top of Netflix’s best-rated programs list, and it received nine Annie Awards in March.

The series won over both seasoned League players and new viewers. The program has a “fresh” 96 percent rating on the prominent film and television ranking site Rotten Tomatoes. It has a Metacritic score of 9.3 out of a possible 10 based on 837 reviews. The show’s cataclysmic last episode, “The Monster You Created,” set a new high watermark with a 9.6 rating on IMDB from 14,730 reviews. This places the series 229th in all-time rankings.

Arcane Season 2 is planned to continue the tale that began with Jinx and Vi, with League of Legends champions Jayce, Viktor, Caitlyn, Ekko, and others slated to appear.

Beyond Arcane, Riot is also working on other projects in its cinematic universe.

Everything we know about the Pride of Nazumah – The Shuriman tank champion https://notagamer.net/everything-about-pride-of-nazumah-shuriman-tank/ https://notagamer.net/everything-about-pride-of-nazumah-shuriman-tank/#respond Tue, 26 Apr 2022 11:34:41 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44764 Riot has revealed the first details on the Pride of Nazumah, the champion that is intended to shake up the meta with a high-skill twist in League of Legends Season 12. Here’s all we know about Champion 162, including their abilities and expected release date.

Riot is expanding the League of Legends champion roster in Season 12. The first was Zeri, an ability-centric (kind of) AD carry, followed by the commanding Renata Glasc, who put a new twist on the enchanter support role.

It’s only fair that tanks get some attention with a void jungler and another marksman in town. Riot is accomplishing just that with the Pride of Nazumah, the hero renowned for the recently unveiled Shurima region.

Here is all we know about League of Legends’ Pride of Nazumah — Champion 165 — including leaked abilities and a release date.

Pride of Nazumah

In April’s roadmap, Lead Champion Producer Ryan ‘Reav3’ Mireles defined the Pride of Nazumah as a “new high skill top lane tank from a region of Shurima that hasn’t been seen yet.”

“We looked at our tank roster and realized we didn’t have like an Aphelios, Azir, or Yasuo of top lane tanks. They are medium to low skill and complexity,” he stated on Reddit.

“The goal with this champ was to add a high skill/high complexity tank to the roster finally. Something that players that like that kind of stuff can really sink their teeth in and master over hundreds of games.”

champion

Concerns have been raised that a high level tank will be difficult to balance around pro play. Riot is attempting to assuage such doubts with some strategic balance decisions.

Developer Daniel ‘Maxw3ll’ Emmons, who is leading the way with the Pride of Nazumah, noted that they’d be a little more needy than other top lane tanks — which may frequently be outgunned with minimal gold yet still be useful in battle.

“The current roster of tanks tend to have fairly easy to figure out patterns and approach fights in similar ways. Our goal with this character is to create a tank who appeals to players who like deep mastery curves and characters who really test your ability to approach fights in clever ways.

“I don’t want to get into specifics since we’re still pretty far out and not everything is sorted yet, but generally, we’re looking at making sure they’re more gold reliant than other tanks, who tend to still be successful when playing weak side.”

It remains to be known how their kit will function, but for those wishing to add additional flare to their gameplay while also being nearly unkillable, the Pride of Nazumah will be exactly up your alley.

Riot has revealed that the Pride of Nazumah, the 162nd champion in League of Legends, will be introduced later in Season 12. However, a specific patch and release date are not yet known.

Until then, players can look forward to two forthcoming champion releases as well as three reworks for Udyr, Skarner, and Aurelion Sol. We’ll keep you informed when more information on the Pride of Nazumah becomes available.

LPL Team has to participate in MSI 2022 remotely from China https://notagamer.net/lpl-team-to-participate-msi-2022-remotely-from-china/ https://notagamer.net/lpl-team-to-participate-msi-2022-remotely-from-china/#respond Fri, 22 Apr 2022 10:20:12 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44600 Due to COVID-19 related constrains and deadlines for LPL Summer, the representative will have to participate in the event from their team facilities or in LPL’s Shanghai.

The 2022 Mid-Season Invitational begins on May 10 in Busan, with teams from all around the world, including the LPL, competing in the first international League of Legends tournament of 2022.

However, not every team will be allowed to participate from the BEXCO exhibition venue in Busan. Due to ongoing travel restrictions and the summer split deadline, the region’s representative would have been unable to compete at the international event and return to China in time for the start of the LPL Summer on June 9. This is due to the three-week quarantine period mandated upon arrival into China.

Riot said on April 21 that the representative will not be attending MSI in person in order to allow them to compete. They will instead play from their team’s facilities or the LPL’s Shanghai venue, with remote access to the MSI competition servers.

The issue of ping is one of the most important aspects of remote play. When playing on a localized tournament server, as is the case for the majority of international League events, latency is essentially non-existent, with the average tournament ping hovering around 9-10.

MSI 2022
Image via Riot Games

Connecting remotely to a Korean server from Shanghai, on the other hand, would result in significantly greater latency for the LPL’s representative. And in a game like League, where decisions are made in milliseconds, providing equal latency is critical to maintaining competitive integrity.

Riot has revealed that, in order to match the ping of the Chinese representative playing remotely, they would artificially inflate the ping of all teams playing on LAN during the competition.

This implies that the ping for these matches will be roughly 35, which, while not ideal, is a bearable degree of delay that most players will be familiar to from playing in their region’s solo queue.

Riot is not the first company to utilize artificial ping inflation to safeguard the integrity of remote gaming. LPL teams competed in the 2020 Mid-Season Cup on servers in Korea, since the competition was pushed online due to the worldwide health crisis. Ping was also intentionally raised to even the playing field during that tournament, with only minor concerns observed.

LPL

The LPL’s representative at MSI 2022 is still unknown. Top Esports and Royal Never Give Up will compete for the opportunity to represent their area worldwide in the LPL Spring finals on April 23.

This season’s MSI will be the third straight edition of the event that has been directly influenced in some way by the epidemic. Teams from Vietnam’s VCS were unable to compete in the event last season, and MSI was canceled entirely the year before.

The Mid-Season Invitational in 2022 is set to begin on May 10. Aside from the LPL, three other leagues have yet to choose a representative: the VCS, Brazil’s CBLOL, and North America’s LCS.

Leaked: EDG Worlds Champion skins feature Graves, Viego, Zoe, Aphelios and Yuumi https://notagamer.net/leaked-edg-worlds-champion-skins-2022/ https://notagamer.net/leaked-edg-worlds-champion-skins-2022/#respond Fri, 22 Apr 2022 09:52:26 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44592 EDG has won Worlds 2021 for nearly six months. The EDG Worlds skins are almost here, and some splash art has already leaked among the communities earlier today.

During the most recent League of Legends World Championship, EDG’s run was extremely thrilling, with every series ending in a silver scrape. Even in the finals, EDG defeated DK in a 3-2 series. Even without a live audience, these sorts of games made Worlds 2021 so entertaining to watch.

Korean teams formerly dominated Worlds, winning six of the eleven World Championships. Finally, Chinese teams won back-to-back World Championships in 2018 and 2019. But then Damwon Gaming, another Korean team, dominated Worlds 2020. Then, just as it appeared like a new period of Korean dominance was about to begin, EDG won it for China in 2021.

Winning Worlds is the ultimate accolade bestowed to any League of Legends team. Nothing else counts when compared to Worlds. Riot also creates exclusive skins for World Champions. Riot, for example, launched DWG Kennen, Nidalee, Twisted Fate, Jhin, and Leona skins last year to honor Damwon’s World Championship triumph. This year, EDG skins will be available.

This season, Big Bad Bear (@BigBadBear_) is leaking every upcoming stuffs from Riot Games. Some of his leaks this season include the new void jungler Bel’Veth, Eclipse skins, and the forthcoming Star Guardian skins, among others. When it comes to leaks, he is really trustworthy. Earlier,  Big Bad Bear just shared a leaked splash art for the EDG Worlds skins.

Graves, Viego, Zoe, Aphelios, and Yummi have officially been confirmed as the champions that will receive the Champion skins. BigBadBear also posted another full splash art of all the champions.

EDG

Last year’s Damwon skins were incredible. However, it appears like this year’s skins will be the finest worlds skins yet as t he splash art has an incredible degree of detail and already hyped up the community.

Skins for DWG worlds were released on April 29, 2021, right before MSI 2021. This year should be no different. Skins for EDG Worlds are expected to be published before or during this year MSI.

League’s Challenges system is confirmed to go live with League Patch 12.9 https://notagamer.net/leagues-challenges-confirmed-live-league-patch-12-9/ https://notagamer.net/leagues-challenges-confirmed-live-league-patch-12-9/#respond Fri, 22 Apr 2022 09:33:07 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44148 A quick tour from Riot into the new Challenges system of League of Legends.

Riot Games will release League of Legends’ new Challenges system, which awards players for accomplishing various goals throughout their experiences on Summoner’s Rift and Howling Abyss, just in time for the 2022 Mid-Season Invitational.

Riot experience designer Jordan “BarackProbama” Checkman stated that the Challenges system would be available on League’s live servers in Patch 12.9, which is scheduled to be released a day after MSI begins on Wednesday, May 11. He also demonstrated a variety of issues that players might anticipate to experience when everything goes live in-client, including:

  • Pop Goes the Poro: Cause a Poro to explode in ARAM and earn the title “Poroyalty”
  • Give ‘em Shell, Shelly: Take Turrets with Rift Herald (aka Shelly)
  • Icon of the Rift: Obtain 100 Summoner Icons and you can become “Iconic”
  • Stacks on Stacks on Stacks: Fully stack Mejai’s Soulstealer before 20 minutes
  • Superior Supporting: Finish your support quest faster than the opponents
  • Nashor Slayer: Kill Baron Nashor solo and you can be the “Baron”
  • Aggressive Positioning: Get multikills after flashing toward an enemy and rock the “Flashy” title
  • Solo Carry: Deal 40 percent+ of your team’s champion damage in an ARAM

Challenges will also be accessible on the PBE server until the game’s actual release date. So, if you want to see what League has in store for you in the coming month, you may draw back the curtain and test out the new system as well as see what additional ways you can tailor your experience.

Over 300 unique challenges, almost 2,700 tokens, and over 100 titles will be available to collect for your League profile as you personalize everything to your preference.

Riot is planning on release the full identity customization at the end of 2022

Furthermore, if you’ve been seeking for additional ways to express yourself in League of Legends, Riot Games plans to provide many new options to modify your identity in the game before the end of 2022, which the Challenges system is the very first steps.

The team’s first modification is complete identity customization, which will enable users to choose their own particular borders, icons, and a handful of other personalization choices that are being created. This should be available to gamers by the end of the year. To match, Riot is introducing a new user interface for the player lobby, loading screen, and end-of-game displays.

Riot is attempting to minimize noise while also concentrating on identifying components that will help players stand out when queued up with buddies or when queued up alone by changing the UI. “It is our hope that by focusing on clear core identity features like ranked emblems, level, name, and icons first, we can bring the rest of the client or around-game experience up to par a little ways down the line with limited additional effort,” Riot stated.

Riot will introduce titles, identification crystals, and banner decorations to the game as additional customisation components. Titles let you to express yourself with brief words or phrases, and they provide players with “both skill representation titles as well as lore and thematic expression.” This means you may have the term “Prodigy” or “That Which Has No Life” under your name, whatever you believe best describes you. Many of these titles can be earned by completing Challenges in the game.

Challenges

Identity crystals, on the other hand, are “a summation of players’ entire imprint in League,” and will adhere to a tier system similar to other competitive settings. The Hextech crystal within your banner will alter according on how well you’ve been playing and progressing in your games. Finally, banner accents will breathe new life into the underused, basic banners that appear beneath a player’s icon when they join a game lobby.

The Challenges system they will introduce in League Patch 12.9 is the first steps to reach a complete overhaul of League identity customization in the future.

These improvements are all in the early stages of development, which means that the appearance of all of these new items might vary significantly. This does, however, allow Riot to collect a lot of input from the player community about which parts they like and which ones they don’t.

Finally, this method should aid in providing League fans with the best personalized experience possible.

Leaked: Bel’Veth – The new Void Jungler in League of Legends https://notagamer.net/leaked-belveth-the-possible-new-void-jungler/ https://notagamer.net/leaked-belveth-the-possible-new-void-jungler/#respond Thu, 21 Apr 2022 14:40:08 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44524 The Lavender Sea Empress – Bel’Veth ingame appearance has been leaked.

Are you ready for Bel’Veth – The Lavender Sea Empress of the Void?

Following weeks of teasing and conjecture, League of Legends fans may have gotten a first look at the next Void-based skirmishing champion going to Summoner’s Rift via social media leaks. Ryscu, a League of Legends content creator, published a video showcasing the champion’s probable in-game appearance as well as her potential name: Bel’Veth.

Bel'Veth
Image via Riot Games

Bel’Veth appears in the video as a manta ray-like monster, colored in the familiar-yet-ominous purple of the Void. She also has two forms, the first of which is a humanoid head with broad fins and a swinging tail. When she unleashes her ultimate power, however, she entirely morphs, transforming her humanoid head into a gigantic horned monster.

Credit: Ryscu

Viewers may also hear a handful of potential in-game remarks from her that follow the same tone as the teasers, with her saying, “every morsel of this world will fuel our metamorphosis.” Throughout Riot’s different Champion Roadmaps and developer videos, the new Void jungler is said to be coming to make the world submit to her will.

“Those who do so willingly will be rewarded by becoming part of the ever-expanding Lavender Sea, crashing like waves against the enemies’ defensive structures,” the devs said in the most recent Champion Roadmap. “Give in to your Empress and let her feed on your essence, so you may become part of the new evolution of Runeterra.”

Bel'Veth

It’s unknown how Bel’Veth is related to other void champions like Rek’Sai or Vel’Koz, but her rank as an empress certainly makes her their ruler. Other than this leaked metamorphosis as part of her ultimate, it’s also unclear what her skills are and how they’ll operate.

Riot Games has yet to clarify whether Bel’Veth will be the aforementioned Empress of the Void jungler who will be released as the next champion. The video featuring Bel’Veth may not be official League content that will be released in the future.

Moreover, after the leak video become popular all over the internet, some fans in the League community has found out that Bel’Veth may have been hinted since… 2016! More particularly, Bel’Veth can be seen in both Battlecast Vel’Koz’s splash art and in Battlecast Viktor’s recall animation.

Leaked: Bel'Veth - The new Void Jungler in League of Legends 7

She is also rumored to be joining the Arcade cosmetic universe as a Battle Boss villain, pitting herself against the world’s heroes. It would make sense for her to join the baddies, given that she is swiftly being positioned in the legend as the next major villain of Runeterra. Her appearance might possibly indicate that a Void-related event is on the horizon, as Kassadin just received a visual change, and a short narrative starring Kai’Sa, Taliyah, and the Void was released a while ago and was even included in the teaser for League’s 2022 season.

Riot has not confirmed the validity of these leaks. Riot, on the other hand, claims that “the Champions Team has something coming soon.”

League Patch 12.8 highlights major buffs to Mordekaiser, Jhin, Ezreal https://notagamer.net/league-patch-12-8-major-buff-mordekaiser-jhin-bard/ https://notagamer.net/league-patch-12-8-major-buff-mordekaiser-jhin-bard/#respond Wed, 20 Apr 2022 08:20:11 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44497 League Patch 12.8 will be the official patch for MSI 2022 in next month.

League Patch 12.8 is finally here.

With League Patch 12.8, Riot Games hopes to significantly shake up the League of Legends meta, providing big benefits to champions that haven’t really been on anyone’s radar—just in time for the Mid-Season Invitational, the year’s first international event.

Riot Phlox, a prominent designer on the Summoner’s Rift team for League, has thoroughly described the enhancements announced yesterday, which will be released around League Patch 12.8 on April 27. This includes benefits for champions in all game roles, ensuring that all parts of the Rift gain greater strength.

Phlox also stated that Aatrox and Seraphine’s buffs had been “pulled from this patch either for more time or after reconsiderations” among the champions advertised as receiving buffs in League Patch 12.8.

Mordekaiser stands out in the top lane with improved passive move speed in League Patch 12.8, which is now expanding at levels one, six, and eleven. Vladimir, who gains armor bonuses, and Poppy, whose W cooldown is reduced at all levels, accompany him. Poppy’s ultimate will now send foes flying away quicker and further, but she will receive less of a cooldown refund if she does not use the ultimate in its whole.

Sejuani and Fiddlesticks are the only jungle buff receivers in the upcoming patch plans. The cooldown of Sejuani’s passive, which grants her armor and magic resist on a timer, will be cut in half. With greater W healing late, Fiddlesticks will be able to drain champions’ life forces more readily.

In the mid lane, several mages and a chained fighter are getting damage and survivability bonuses in League Patch 12.8. The mana cost of Zoe’s Q and ultimate has been reduced, Kassadin’s Q now grants a larger shield, and Vel’Koz’s Q and W now have higher AP ratios. Xerath’s E stun duration will now rise with distance, while Sylas’ ultimate cooldown will be greatly lowered at all tiers.

AD carry gamers will be pleased with upgrades to Ezreal, Jhin, and Tristana, all of which attempt to make them more efficient picks in the bottom lane. At higher ranks, Ezreal’s ultimate cooldown will be reduced, while Tristana will get more damage every level. Jhin’s W root now lasts longer, and his E cooldown has been decreased across the board.

Bard, who are renowned for their distinct playstyle of traveling across the Rift, will now be rewarded more generously for gathering Chimes. Their W heal will be boosted at all tiers, but more drastically at higher rankings.

League Patch 12.8 is set to hit live servers on April 27. This patch will be used for the MSI, which begins on May 10 in Busan, South Korea. Because this is a patch preview, the buffs listed may change before they are pushed to live servers.

League Patch 12.8 to nerf Jinx, Xayah and bring massive changes to Swain https://notagamer.net/league-patch-12-8-nerf-jinx-xayah-and-changes-swain/ https://notagamer.net/league-patch-12-8-nerf-jinx-xayah-and-changes-swain/#respond Wed, 20 Apr 2022 08:04:24 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44500 Also, the nerf scheduled for Pyke in League Patch 12.8 has been moved to another patch.

The official balance for MSI 2022 official version is here in League Patch 12.8.

If you’re sick of the current bot lane meta in League of Legends, you’ll be relieved to know that a couple of the game’s most powerful picks have been adjusted for League Patch 12.8.

Pyke nerfs that were planned for this patch have been relocated to a later version. However, the devs have adjusted Xayah, Jinx, Soraka, and AP Kai’Sa, which may allow other champions to flourish both in single queue and at the 2022 Mid-Season Invitational. The event begins in three weeks, and League Patch 12.8 has been announced as the version on which professionals will participate.

First, Jinx faces a base health decrease, dropping from 610 to 560 HP. This could assist her opponents penalize any ill-timed skirmishes because she’ll have to exhaust her potions faster or return to base sooner. Xayah, on the other hand, is getting a late-game nerf to her Q damage that increases by five at each level. At higher levels, the cooldown also increases.

League Patch 12.8
Image via Riot Games

League Patch 12.8’s nerf hammer is also causing havoc on Soraka, notably the healing on her Astral Infusion. From level two onwards, healing is lowered, with the maximum level heal reduced from 240 to 210. The AP ratio on ability is also being reduced by 5%.

League Patch 12.8 to nerf Jinx, Xayah and bring massive changes to Swain 11
Image via Riot Games

Anyone who has faced up against a powerful Kai’Sa with AP will know that her poke can be almost difficult to cope with, especially in the absence of some type of healing or lifesteal. Worry no more, because Riot’s W damage has been reduced from 70 percent AP ratio to 45 percent. To compensate for this loss of power, the developers are raising her passive damage and the AP ratio of her ultimate ability, so she isn’t solely reliant on landing her poke to perform the majority of the damage.

League Patch 12.8 to nerf Jinx, Xayah and bring massive changes to Swain 12
Image via Riot Games

Finally, Swain’s updated modifications are now live.

The General’s new ‘drain tank’ fantasy has come true with a reworked ultimate that can potentially persist indefinitely in a teamfight, but he has given up his ability to drag any foes afflicted by crowd control. Even so, we may witness the growth of Swain in solo queue as solo laners begin to experiment with him.

Along with the slew of buffs making their way to live servers, League Patch 12.8 should add some variation to today’s meta. When MSI 2022 begins on May 10, keep a watch out for any returning champions who enter the Summoner’s Rift.

Riot announces the arrival of the next League of Legends champions in 2022 https://notagamer.net/riot-announces-next-league-of-legend-champions-2022/ https://notagamer.net/riot-announces-next-league-of-legend-champions-2022/#respond Tue, 19 Apr 2022 05:37:24 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=44449 Riot Games has revealed that three new champions may be introduced to the game this year.

Riot Games has announced the newest League of Legends Champion Roadmap, revealing the next champions to arrive on Summoner’s Rift this year.

Riot will “slow down” the introduction of the next new champion, according to the devs, in order to ensure that every new addition to League receives “the time and attention they need.”

Despite the fact that the developers did not reveal the specific amount of champions that would be published in the remaining months of 2022, Riot stated that the entire yearly production should be “pretty similar to last year.” Four champions were added to the game in 2021: Viego, Gwen, Akshan, and Vex.

So far this year, gamers have had the pleasure of spending time with Zeri and Renata Glasc. They will soon be the topic of a new empress.

Here’s all we know about the next three League champions Riot intends to announce.

The foreseen and unavoidable jungler skirmisher

Following Renata Glasc’s release, the next champion will dominate the jungle and want to do the same for the rest of Runeterra. The new jungler will emerge from the Void, as alluded at in the last Champion Roadmap, to subjugate everyone to her will. The Lavender Sea empress is believed to be approaching the Rift and will “feed on your essence.”

Image via Riot Games

According to the description, the champion’s skills will cause her opponents (and maybe her teammates) to succumb to her will, eating their “essence” to expose “the true face of the Void.”

A non-traditional bot lane champion

Riot is planned to launch a joyous and lethal champion with enigmatic roots that may be traced back to “a land across the seas” after the queen of the Void. The mystery champion was presented with a short narrative about a brawl in a restaurant in which the colorful stranger murdered some unruly Noxians. According to Bill, the restaurant owner, a “mist” suddenly filled the premises, and before the Noxians’ bodies were discovered, only “splashing water” could be heard.

Some fans may recall the Riot preview provided at the Champions Teaser in January, assuming the happy and colorful stranger possesses water-based powers. At the middle of the image, a colorful set of hands was connected together with a flowy blue-ish material. The teaser was supposed to reveal a “non-traditional bot laner” who Riot will be “whipping out” this year.

The new tanker from Shurima

Riot also teased the League community about what may be the final champion introduced in 2022. Colorful structures and lush green scenery are attractions of Shurima’s new “unknown” zone. Riot has left what may be regarded as a title linked to this highly odd landscape of Runeterra’s desertic region: The Pride of Nazumah. If the location portrayed in the image is “Nazumah,” fans may believe that this “Pride” is the tank top laner who is slated to arrive on the Rift later this year.

We have no additional information beyond what we can observe by gazing at the photo because this is an unknown portion of Shurima’s enormous geography. The image posted by Riot depicts a bustling metropolis, with water pouring from the far high mountains and birds flying in small flocks, almost like seagulls. Looking at the interactive map of Runeterra and focusing on the Shurima region, there are a few spots with abundance of water, high mountains, and near to the sea. One of these locations is an unidentified peninsula in Shurima’s southernmost tip. That little country is far enough removed from the other locations mentioned in League mythology to be a viable home for this forthcoming champion.

League of Legends has just announced new additions to the Solar and Lunar Eclipse skin lines for the game earlier today, with skins for Kayle, Sivir, Aatrox, Sejuani, and Sivir on the way.

The company has revealed that Solar Eclipse skins will be given to Kayle, Sivir, and Sejuani, while Lunar Eclipse skins will be given to Aatrox and Senna. Furthermore, Senna’s Lunar Eclipse skin will have a Prestige edition, implying that a League-specific event centered on these Solar and Lunar skins might be in the future. These champions will join Leona as currently the only champion in the game with a Solar or Lunar Eclipse skin.

The five new skins are themed on cosmic power, with the Solar Eclipse skins displaying the strength of the sun via a powerful, auburn-orange light. To represent the essence of the moon, the Lunar Eclipse skins blend calm, yet stunning violet and white tones. Furthermore, each champion that receives one of these skins has a noticeable visual influence on their weapons, with their respective celestial bodies lending a specific glow to the characters’ trademark weapons, like as Sejuani’s flail, Sivir’s boomerang, and Aatrox’s sword.

Riot has also revealed two other skins in addition to the Solar and Lunar Eclipse skins seen today: Sea Dog Yasuo and Gangplank the Betrayer. Those two skins look to have a Bilgewater motif, with most of their thematic features harkening back to their appearances in their standalone single-player RPG Ruined King from last year.
