The organization, basking in the glory of their recent victory, has revealed the chosen champions for these skins, a decision that has set the community abuzz with excitement.

T1’s choices for their Worlds 2023 skin

In recognition of his performance and the MVP title, Zeus is set to receive a Prestige Jayce skin. Meanwhile, Oner, opting for a timeless classic, has selected Lee Sin as his champion for commemoration. Adding to the excitement, Gumayusi has chosen Jinx as his champion, while Keria, T1’s dynamic support, has opted for the whimsical Bard.

However, it is the choice of Faker that has sparked intense anticipation among fans. Renowned as one of the greatest League of Legends players of all time, Faker has decided to immortalize his legacy with an Ahri skin, a champion he once dominated with in his heyday.

This decision, though somewhat ironic given Faker’s usual preference for Ahri gameplay, is expected to resonate profoundly with the fanbase. The community’s fervor, especially for the Faker Ahri skin, is palpable, driven by the prospect of owning a piece of esports history tied to the iconic player.

Interestingly, fans are also expressing enthusiasm for the Bard skin, considering it a much-awaited addition for a champion that has not received a standout cosmetic in years. Despite the possibility of T1 Renata Glasc being the selected skin, fans appear to be satisfied with either choice, showcasing support for their favorite team.

While Jayce may not have generated the same level of hype among fans, the release of the second season of Arcane is anticipated to provide a crossover effect, potentially boosting the skin’s popularity.

The forthcoming Worlds champion skins, widely acknowledged for their exceptional design and quality, are poised to become instant favorites among players. Riot is actually asking fans to determine the next Mini-rework for League of Legends next year https://notagamer.net/riot-fans-determine-mini-rework-league-of-legends/ https://notagamer.net/riot-fans-determine-mini-rework-league-of-legends/#respond Fri, 16 Dec 2022 16:44:51 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=56541 In season 12, Riot launched a brand-new kind of champion upgrade known as a mini-rework or mid-scope update. Riot adjusts the champion’s appearance without completely overhauling them with this update. As a consequence, champions in the game can be viable and pleasant to play.

Mid-scope updates in League of Legends are frequently selected by the community, and players now get the opportunity to be heard once again.

Riot asked fans for the next Mid-scope update next year

TheTruexy, a League game designer, initiated a Twitter conversation yesterday asking the community for ideas for the upcoming mid-scope updates.

Riot is actually asking fans to determine the next Mini-rework for League of Legends next year 5

He notably mentioned Swain and Ahri’s mid-scope updates, which went live in Patches 12.8 and 12.3, respectively. Both were well received by the League community, which praised the developers for implementing the adjustments while retaining the essence of the champions’ kits.

TheTruexy requested that the proposed champions be classified as “left behind,” and the community has already responded with some suggestions. Among them are Cho’Gath, Zyra, Jayce, LeBlanc, Annie, Nocturne, and Morgana.

Mid-scope adjustments are typically given to champions that have fallen behind in the current meta. Many of the champions mentioned by the community, like as Cho’Gath, Zyra, haven’t seen professional use in years and would benefit greatly from an overhaul from Riot.

However, a handful of mid-scope improvements are already scheduled for next year. Jax and Rell will be the first champions to get them, with the former getting them as soon as Patch 13.1, the first update in 2023.

New Zenith Games and King Viego skins make their way to League PBE https://notagamer.net/zenith-games-king-viego-skins-league-pbe/ https://notagamer.net/zenith-games-king-viego-skins-league-pbe/#respond Wed, 24 Aug 2022 02:53:38 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=50122 League of Legends developers gave a first look at the future Zenith Games and King Viego skins

On August 24, 2022, released details on four fresh new skins that will be available around patch 12.17. This time, however, unlike prior patches, it is not a well-known skin line.

Instead, the developers chose to create sports-themed skins with a cyberpunk twist. Aside from that, they’ll be releasing a Viego skin to honor the publication of the book Ruination.

The release of League of Legends’ amazing new skins has taken the whole community by surprise. It’s been a long time since developers caught leakers off guard.

Sports skins are perfect for events like World Cup or the Asian Games. However, such skins are not only available now, but they also have a futuristic feel to them. Jayce, Lee Sin, and Blitzcrank are the champions that will receive Zenith Games skins.

While Zenith Games Jayce’s splash art is still unavailable, artwork for Blitzcrank and Lee Sin depicts the two champions in steel armor with neon accents.

It’s unclear if this new Zenith Games skin line is a reinvention of League’s early sport-themed skin line, or whether it portrays an altogether new universe that has yet to be explored.

Aside from that, the creators are working on a new skin for Viego. This one is unique in that it depicts him in his human form. The King Viego skin is being released to commemorate the publication of the Ruination novel.

Riot has not revealed any of these four skins, but the inclusion of splash images suggests that a reveal is near. The skins are obviously presently accessible on the PBE and will be released on live servers around patch 12.17. The patch is scheduled to be released on September 8.

Arcane documentary Part 1 shows leading-edge animations https://notagamer.net/arcane-part-1-leading-edge-animations/ https://notagamer.net/arcane-part-1-leading-edge-animations/#respond Fri, 05 Aug 2022 16:15:57 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=48987 Riot shared a testing animation for Arcane from 2015, depicting Vi and Jayce in a “prehistoric” combat, and fans were blown away

Riot Games’ and Netflix’s animated series Arcane have had a significant influence on League of Legends fans all around the world ever since the start and conclusion of season 1.

Players can now witness all of the hard work that went into it as Riot goes inside the Arcane preparation process as part of their Bridging the Rift documentary series.

Test video from as far back as 2015 was used to actually promote the game’s first deep-dive series — a type of product Riot had not before considered.

Rioters describe the difficulties of creating the Netflix series: “There have been enough video games where the crowd requests a movie or show, and it sucks.” So, guess what? People have stopped asking.”

During the show’s construction, most of Riot’s cinematics were essentially video game battle scenes, with minimal context and a focus on the continuous fighting scenes

As a result, it’s no surprise that the 2015 test animation starring Vi and Jayce, two of Arcane’s main characters, had an explosive brawl. Vi and Jayce seem very different in the short film than they do in the finished piece.

When compared to the actual product, the high-quality animation has truly helped Arcane market their concept – demonstrating their extraordinary levels of devotion to investors. Fans reacted well to the Arcane’s redesigns, with many praising them.

Riot’s resounding success in executing their mission of providing a deep dive into the universe of League of Legends is reflected in the community’s responses to the teaser, and there’s even more to expect with Season 2 in the works.

How did an LEC player died twice before the first minion wave? 14

Top laner Adam “Adam” Manaane of LEC’s BDS has had one of the worst starts in League of Legends competitive tournament

How did an LEC player died twice before the first minion wave? 15

In the opening five minutes of an LEC game between BDS and G2, everything went horribly wrong for BDS’ top laner Adam. Adam (Irelia) was loitering in the river bush near the top lane as the game began, as the teams stretched out to locate possible jungle invaders. This is a normal approach for pro players so as to gather information. BrokenBlade (Jayce), the G2 top laner, decided to keep an eye out for invaders from within their top side river alongside Jankos (Poppy).

When Adam sees Jayce approaching, he appears to believe he is the only champion at that time. Adam’s entire laning phase is ruined as a result of this little lack of judgment. As Adam comes to a halt, Jankos appears, and Jayce suddenly perched on top of Irelia.

LEC player Adam died twice before the first minion wave

Both exchange flashes, but Adam dies near his turret nevertheless. BrokenBlade and Jankos then invade BDS’ jungle in search for the red buff. Adam then teleports back to his turret in order to return to his lane in time for the minion wave. But rather of coming into the lane early for CS, Adam decides to route down to battle Jayce that is heading back to the wave.

This is the hammer that seals the deal. Adam pushes too hard the fight ends with Jayce take the price again. Jayce has 700 gold ahead at this time of the LEC match, with Summoner spells, wave, and creep advantages.

Not only did Adam die twice before the first minion wave, but he also dramatically destroyed any chance he had of taking control of the top lane. Despite Adam’s team best efforts, G2 destroyed Team BDS.

VFX update and ARCANE skins are coming for Jinx and Jayce https://notagamer.net/vfx-update-and-arcane-skins-jinx-and-jayce/ https://notagamer.net/vfx-update-and-arcane-skins-jinx-and-jayce/#respond Mon, 25 Oct 2021 07:24:05 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=39193 Jinx and Jayce are getting new Arcane-themed skins, as well as a significant VFX upgrade that clarifies and refines their character models and abilities.

More VFX updates are coming to League of Legends.

Riot has enhanced Jinx and Jayce’s animations and visual effects as the debut date of League’s new anime Netflix series Arcane approaches. While the developer has frequently adjusted abilities, it appears that this update is purely cosmetic.

Jinx and Jayce both have pivotal parts in the new Netflix program, and with the emphasis squarely on them, now is an excellent opportunity to give the almost decade-old characters a VFX makeover.

Jinx is receiving an upgrade that will increase the visual quality of her moves. As shown above, her ultimate ability ‘Super Mega Death Rocket!’ now has a greater blast upon contact, as well as a larger rocket — making it easier to notice.

Her Q ability, ‘Switcheroo!,’ toggles between her mini-gun and rocket launcher auto attacks. The rocket launcher auto-attacks have been altered from a smoky look to a yellow pop effect.

Jinx’s W move, ‘Zap!,’ now has a clearer visual representation, with an indication highlighting the ability’s hit-box beneath it.

Her E ability, ‘Flame Chompers!’ has also been changed to make it easier to read. They will now have visible blue circles beneath them to indicate where foes can be rooted by them.

The following Jinx skins will receive a visual update:

  • Crime City Jinx
  • Firecracker Jinx
  • Zombie Slayer Jinx

Jayce VFX update

Jayce will also undergo significant visual modifications.

His Q ability, ‘Shock Blast,’ gets a larger and crisper animation in Mercury Cannon form, as well as a new animation for the lightning around the weapon.

VFX update and ARCANE skins are coming for Jinx and Jayce 17

Mercury Hammer, his melee form, has new effects as well. When his Q ability, ‘To The Skies!,’ lands on its target, it produces a larger electric explosion.

‘Lightning Field,’ Jayce’s W ability, now glows a darker yellow hue and emits a more visible circle of energy surrounding him.

Jayce’s skins that will undergo significant alterations are as follows:

  • Full Metal
  • Debonair Jayce

The new Arcane skins are scheduled to be released on November 2. Jayce, Jinx, Vi, and Caitlyn are among the characters getting new skins.

There hasn’t been an official release date established for the VFX upgrade for Jayce and Jinx. It’s conceivable that it’ll be published alongside the Arcane skins, but nothing has been confirmed.

Riot has been delivering VFX upgrades for its older champions on a regular basis, and the timing of Jinx and Jayce’s improvements should coincide well with Arcane’s Netflix launch.

ARCANE reveal Viktor’ face and new Kinkou member https://notagamer.net/arcane-reveal-viktor-face-and-new-kinkou-member/ https://notagamer.net/arcane-reveal-viktor-face-and-new-kinkou-member/#respond Mon, 27 Sep 2021 05:49:06 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=38375 More secrets will be unveiled in the upcoming League of Legends‘ animation series Arcane on Netflix.

As the 6th of November approaches, so does the premiere of the first League of Legends TV series, Arcane. The majority of the events in the shows will take place in the rival twin cities of Piltover and Zaun. These events will allow us to take a closer look at the relationships of these steampunk cities, as well as see how people from different backgrounds resolve (hopefully) their differences. Most importantly, these events will reveal the mysterious relationships between our favorite champions from this region (and possibly others as well), and Riot Games may leak some new champions in Arcane.

According to the show’s trailers, Jinx and Vi’s relationship will be one of the main stories of the show Arcane, but they are not the only pair of rivals from these twin cities; Jayce and Viktor will also appear.

With the massive lore updates from Riot Games’ writing team, Viktor and Jayce’s dynamic has gained much-needed depth and complexity, as well as mystery backstory.

Viktor is no longer a crazy Adeptus Mechanichus extremist who stole his good friend Jayce’s new energy crystal with the intention of replacing all flesh with machines; he needs it to help handicapped people by making mechanical body parts, he modifies their bodies so that they can work in Zaun’s most dangerous environments, so that they will never fall ill, so that humans can escape aging itself.

Jayce is no longer the ideal heroic scientist, whose brilliant mind and kind heart are the only things that keep him going. He promotes progress and innovation, but he is also rude, arrogant, and rash from what we seen in the official trailer of Arcane.

Viktor, like many other champions, is masked, and as more of these champions are revealed, it is finally The Machine Herald’s turn to reveal his face. The face of our favorite russian-accented death beam shooter is revealed in the show’s official trailer and posters.

The mysterious character in Arcane official trailer – The next Kinkou Fist of Shadow?

ARCANE reveal Viktor' face and new Kinkou member 21
And who is this character in the trailer?

There are theories, and one in particular that I adore. As the world of Runeterra’s stories progresses, Akali has abandoned the title of Fist of Shadow – one of the three heads of the Kinkou order – and is following in her mother’s footsteps. We were introduced to a new character in the story The Bow and the Kunai: Faey, Akali’s mother’s favorite student; it is stated that Akali cannot feel her mother’s love when Faey is nearby. Faey is Akali’s mother’s equivalent of Zed is Shen’s father eyes.

Faey was the heir to the Fist of Shadow, just as Zed was promised to be the Eye of Twilight. Spoiler alert: At the end of the story, Faey’s legs are crushed, along with her friendship with Akali. Because Akali’s mother loves Faey so much, she promises her student that she will do whatever it takes to heal Faey. And I know a guy in Zaun who would gladly lend a hand with that (hint: he has 3 hands).

Later on the Arcane trailer, we see a whole new character, an Ionian.

ARCANE reveal Viktor' face and new Kinkou member 22
Can this be Faey?

Could this be Faey? The Kinkou order cannot afford to have the seat of the Fist of Shadow vacant for long, and she is being groomed to take over the title. A beautiful blend of Ionian spiritual magic and Piltover-Zaun technologies may be exactly what we all need; we just don’t know it yet.

League Patch 11.18 Preview to nerf champions that are currently dominating Pro Plays https://notagamer.net/league-patch-11-18-nerf-champions-dominate-pro-plays/ https://notagamer.net/league-patch-11-18-nerf-champions-dominate-pro-plays/#respond Tue, 31 Aug 2021 04:47:01 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=37699 Lee Sin, Renekton, Varus, Kalista, Thresh and Jayce are all targeted for modifications in League Patch 11.18 Preview that has just been released earlier today.

Besides 23 champions that are set to received buffs in League Patch 11.18, Riot Games bring to the table the much-needed modifications for champions that have been dominating both higher ranks and Pro Plays in the recent versions of League of Legends.

With the final major event of the year less than a month away, Riot Games revealed today the numerous modifications that will be introduced in League Patch 11.18. According to lead game designer Jeevun “Jag” Sidhu, this is merely the beginning of the adjustments scheduled for the tournament. The second set of Worlds-related modifications will be finished in Patch 11.19. These adjustments are affecting a number of pro-priority champions that have gained popularity throughout the summer, which might result in a meta shift at Worlds.

The champions targeted in League Patch 11.18, Kalista and Varus, for example, are two popular AD carriers who have seen plenty of action on Summoner’s Rift. According to League analytics site Games of Legends, these two solid champions have the greatest pick-ban presence % of any bottom lane marksman throughout the four major regions of North America, Europe, Korea, and China, with 75 percent and 56 percent, respectively. Varus is also the world’s fifth-most played and seventh-most banned champion, with a 51% win rate.

League Patch 11.18 Preview to nerf champions that are currently dominating Pro Plays 23
Image via Riot Games

In a similar spirit League Patch 11.18 will also target the Blind Monk as Lee Sin has instantly become the most played champion in the world, with 1,417 games played and a worldwide pick-ban presence of 76%. His versatility as a jungler and solo laner has allowed teams to use him in a variety of team compositions, and he has proven lethal in the hands of talented players looking for a lot of playmaking potential, natural tankiness through items, and a lot of damage.

League Patch 11.18
Image via Riot Games

Renekton and Thresh, on the other hand, have long been safe bets for many in the scene. Renekton, due to his potential to be drafted blind into various matchups, is presently the fourth-most banned champion in the competitive scene. Thresh is also an excellent choice for most team compositions, as he provides a lot of playmaking and pick potential while also providing lots of utility to assist disengage and save teammates from danger. He is the world’s third-most banned champion, yet he also only has a 49% win rate. These two champions are expected to be tuned down in League Patch 11.18 as well.

With all of these champions getting nerfed, we may see a few new champions appear on the list of coaches before Worlds. Picks like Jinx, Kai’Sa, and others are being changed ahead of the event, which may lead some champions to gain precedence as the month of preparation continues.

This Jayce’s bug lets you proc his Q 2 times in a row https://notagamer.net/this-jayces-bug-lets-you-proc-his-q-2-times-in-a-row/ https://notagamer.net/this-jayces-bug-lets-you-proc-his-q-2-times-in-a-row/#respond Sat, 24 Apr 2021 02:52:37 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=31782 Jayce has just become one double-troubled with this new Q bug in League of Legends

Though recent bug occurring with both Jayce and Sion killing themselves to acquire shutdown bounty, this patch introduces to us a new bug that is happening live now around the live servers, not on PBE. The main happening of this bug is stated back in patch 11.8 and from that so on, Jayce is capable of doubling his Shock Blast (Q) twice.

This Jayce's bug lets you proc his Q 2 times in a row 24
This Jayce's bug lets you proc his Q 2 times in a row 25
This Jayce's bug lets you proc his Q 2 times in a row 26

Here’s how you do Jayce’s Q bug

  • When Jayce is in his ranged shape, the bug happens when he uses Shock Blast (Q) with Acceleration Gate (E). When the Acceleration Gate (E) is perfectly placed on top of the opponent, Shock Blast (Q) will proc its normal damage as well as the enhanced damage from Acceleration Gate (E).
  • In order to execute the bug, players have to be relatively close to the opponent. While being near the opponent, Jayce can place his Acceleration Gate (E) right on top of the enemy and then from that, players just have to place the cursor on to the enemy and fire the Shock Blast (Q) right after it.

Jayce players uses this combo a lot to pull off his poke, but he normally does so from afar. This mechanic doesn’t seem to be on purpose, players just figure it out by themselves and since it is happening on the live servers, abusing this mechanic in solo queue can give him an unfair advantage of laning against any champions. Some players will try to put the combo in the front row in order to get the extra damage to proc.

This Jayce's bug lets you proc his Q 2 times in a row 27

Patch 11.8 has been seen as having many weird and game-breaking bug, like Nunu going through walls or champions having up to 4000% Omnivamp, and now this doubled Q bug from Jayce. Hopefully Riot should have it corrected by patch 11.9, which is the patch used for the 2021 Mid-Season Invitational or else the tournament might be a little out of hands.

The new bug allows Jayce and Sion to kill themselves to claim bounty https://notagamer.net/a-self-shutdown-bug-to-get-the-bounty/ https://notagamer.net/a-self-shutdown-bug-to-get-the-bounty/#respond Fri, 26 Mar 2021 04:49:11 +0000 https://notagamer.net/?p=31035 This serious bug is possible only for Jayce and Sion in patch 11.6.

The shutdown mechanism of a fed enemy champion will receive a huge bounty that allows the losing team to have a chance to turn the game around. The player can profit from this self-shutdown bug in which champions can kill themself to get the bounty. Instead of letting your opponent take you down and get that bounty, it makes the fed champion even richer.

Particularly, this error is possible only for Jayce and Sion. Alongside to self-shutdown, it needs “an assist” from Baron Nashor as well. As always, Vandiril has made a detailed clip to describe the bug. The bug requires some form of on-hit damage on Baron, then carefully calculates the damage that must be knocked down by Baron’s 7th attack. Every Baron’s 7 back attack does its AoE stun ability. If Jayce and Sion are taken down at this moment, the player will receive the shutdown bounty from his own bounty.

The new bug allows Jayce and Sion to kill themselves to claim bounty 28

On the other hand, players have taken advantage of this error cause seriously affection on the game experience. The “self-shutdown” bug enables players to significantly increase their bounty themself that makes the losing team have no chance to overturn by taking the shutdown kills.
