On Nov. 7, Riot Games hinted at a collaboration with Among Us, and just recently, Innersloth revealed all of the new cosmetics that will be arriving in the game. In a multiplatform game Among Us, the theme inspired by League of Legends’ animated series “Arcane” will be featured.

As Among Us collaborates with Arcane, you’ll soon be able to dress up your favorite characters in Runeterran style. The collaboration will introduce champion cosmetics to the Among Us franchise, depicting characters from the show. This will be the first in-game collaboration for Among Us since its debut in 2018.

The Arcane package, titled Cosmicube, will unlock a variety of goods, including hair, pets, and clothing inspired by League champions, but only until December 31. Cosmicubes are a new feature to Among Us which consists of both paid and free unlockable cosmetics. By enabling one, players will receive Pods, which can be used to acquire cosmetics in-game.

Apart from cosmetics for League champions, the package will also include enforcer-themed items including Jinx’s explosives and Claggor’s goggles.

In the upcoming updates, the following characters from the Arcane series will receive their own skins and cosmetics:

The RiotX Arcane progress days have arrived, and there are even more games than fans had imagined.

Riot Games teased a collaboration with a video showing many of the previous content offers, such as skins for Valorant, League of Legends, and Wild Rift. PUBG and Fornite were also shown in the video, then it also revealed gameplay of Among us with 2 skins, modeled on Arcane’s Heimerdinger and an “Enforcer.”

The announcement happened one day after the first three episodes of Arcane were released. Heimerdinger appears as a scientific expert in Piltover. The Enforcers are a paramilitary police organization that protects VIPs in Piltover and wields power over the lower city’s residents.

The Among Us x Arcane collaboration is the third game outside of the company to give in-game prizes to promote the animated series.

Riot is heavily cross-branding Arcane throughout all of its gaming assets, in addition to these third-party agreements. Arcane drops in League of Legends, Teamfight Tactics, Wild Rift, Legends of Runeterra, and Valorant have all been expanded by RiotX.

For now, Among Us has yet to announce any form of partnership with Arcane. Fans should expect confirmation, as well as further information on how to obtain the new rewards in the near future.

Officially, the company has produced a series of surveys that ask players if they are interested in buying some kind of video games that are still using the same champions and locations we have known and enjoyed in our beloved League of the Legends.

Will we have an opportunity to play League of Legends x Among Us soon?

One of the question in the survey is about a game where players have to solve mysteries or even deceive others, a type of multi-player game which is very similar to the Town of Salem or Among Us.

The above survey showed Riot’s plan to extend the universe of the League of Legends. They also adhere to the assets of their first MOBA game and so far, didn’t show any intention of creating a new game title with entirely different characters and lores. Even Valorant – their FPS game – has several character designs that are influenced by League of Legends.

In the survey, Riot also wants to explore unique game styles like RPG, strategy, and something related to the Metroidvania Hollow Knight theme in addition to the potential League of Legends x Among Us.

Riot still doesn’t have detailed information about the above-listed games, but it is undoubtedly something the community will be more than willing to take part in the potential project integrating the League of Legends and Among Us.

There are currently five multiplayer titles from Riot Games: MOBA game League of Legends, auto-battler Teamfight Tactics, card game Runeterra Legends, Wild Rift – the League of Legends smartphone game and the Valorant, the first-person shooting game.

Before Worlds 2020, bootcamp is an extremely important thing for any participants who want to lay their hands on the trophy. It helps to improve the connection between the players. It can also sharpen their skills which probably will increase the performance of the team considerably. Therefore, the new players attending Worlds 2020 are actively climbing the rank ladder on China’s server as well as practice during this time.

Of course, if you work hard, you’d better play hard too. Currently, the “medicine” that some teams has been using to relieve stress after intense training hours is this cute game – Among Us. We definitely don’t know if the effect of reducing stress has worked or not, but we know that this game seems to have “loosened up” their intimacy.

Among Us has a fairly simple gameplay. At the beginning of a match, you will join a group of about 10 people with the task of repairing the ship. Next, these people are divided into 2 groups, the Crewmate and the Imposter. The Crewmate wins by kicking the Imposter out of the ship via a voting system or completing all the tasks given. The Imposter wins when they eliminate the Crewmate until the number of the Crewmate is equal to the Imposter’s or when they destroy the entire oxygen-supplying system of the ship.

They will have to make up some fake events or just basically lie to everyone so that they can stay alive and eliminate the Crewmate without letting anyone know that they are imposters. Otherwise, being suffocated in the vast vacuum of the universe is inevitable for them.

The most promising feature of this game is that it is extremely fun to play with a group of friends. The discussions to find the bad guys are always exciting because of the fact that everyone tries to themselves including the imposters. The imposters have to lie and slander the Crewmate or act like they are clean. Yes, for this reason, Among Us might (sarcastically) “ruin friendship” between some players.

Worlds 2020 is coming very close as the warm-up will kick off on September 25. The tournament’s group stage will occur after that on October 3. The teams at Worlds 2020 are all the best representatives of each region, so a little mistake might be a huge price to pay which can even take you out of the tournament. Hopefully the players who are playing Among Us won’t let their connection go down, leading to bad performances in Worlds 2020.
